▪ Built a ReactJS project from scratch and added modules to handle API endpoints.
▪ Added token authentication and built REST API endpoints using Django.
▪ Added a deployment process using docker, postgres and AWS. Used s3 bucket to host frontend and ec2 with CloudFront to host backend server.

▪ Currently researching in the field of Security Vetting of Android Apps using Machine Learning.
▪ Analyzed a huge dataset(~60k) of android apps and implemented static and dynamic analysis for malware
detection.

▪ Experimented the model with the dataset of another research paper (MalDozer).

▪ Established own software company based in Nepal with 3 other partners and worked as a developer and
Project lead for various national and international projects. Some notable clients include UNHCR, ACAPS,
IFRC, IDMC, World Vision, UKAID, ACLED, etc.
▪ Worked as a Project Lead and frontend developer on DEEP - A semi-automated data analysis and
visualization tool developed for the humanitarian community. DEEP’s board and funding sources are
comprised of OCHA, ACAPS, OHCHR, JIPS, IFRC, IDMC and UNHCR .The software itself is hosted on
web platform with highly scalable database and a full-fledged machine learning server to support data
analysis. It is a web-based application that allows the humanitarian analyst to explore the huge database for
entry or extraction process.
▪ Worked as a frontend designer to create an interactive dashboard IDMC-MM : Monitoring tool for analysts
to monitor the data collected from various media sources. This was built for and is currently being used by
IDMC, Geneva. It was built using React JS, Mapbox, HTML/CSS.
▪ Project Manager and Frontend Developer for a project funded by UKAID namely DFID-DVS : Data
visualization system for DFID Nepal, which is a department under the Government of UK. I contributed to
the interactive dashboard using React JS, Mapbox, HTML/CSS that helped to track DFID activities
▪ Worked as UI/UX developer for a mobile app for android and iOS used for real time Nepali stocks data
browsing and visualization tool targeted to investors using React native.
▪ Worked as both backend and frontend developers in building tools for various NGOs and INGOs including
ACLED, People in Need, World Vision
▪ Currently researching in the field of Security Vetting of Android Apps using Machine Learning.

▪ Assisted in administering and analyzing OCHA’s database during the Nepal earthquake response. The
database was composed of data from primary UN sources as well as public sources such as social media and
